Dwell in Unity

Psalm 133:1 "A Song of degrees of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!"

I hope the Lord has blessed you with a wonderful Lord's Day today.  It is such a tremendous blessing to be able to go to the house of the Lord and worship with the brethren.  Our church should be a safe haven, a sanctuary from the world.  It should be a place where each Christian prefers others better than themselves.  What a wonderful atmosphere for worship when all the brethren are working for the same goal.  The goal of our church should be to train and equip Christians to reach the world for Christ.  When we focus our energy and effort on God-honoring goals we spend less time fighting and squabbling over things that really aren't that significant!  The church should be a place of forgiveness.  A place where we forgive others by remembering how much Jesus forgave us!  I hope you enjoyed worshiping with the brethren this Sunday.  Thank God for the blessing of a church family that dwells together in unity.
